This morning Michael Lee blogged about the long road trip that starts on Tuesday for the Wizards.

“The West Coast trip is going to be tough, especially at this stage of the game,” Maurice Evans said. “It’s late in the year, and a lot of these teams are in the playoffs and we just got to really strap up and give it our best effort and try and compete each and every night and try to give ourselves a chance to win.”

But commenter rufus_t_firefly isn’t interested in wins:

With the only remaining drama for this team this season being where they end up picking in the draft, “tough” is good. At this point, it’s all about the ping-pong balls.

Do you agree? What would you consider a successful road trip?
