With John Wall suspended, Coach Flip Saunders will move Jordan Crawford over to point guard, replace Yi Jianlian with Andray Blatche for offense, and give Othyus Jeffers his first career start. Jeffers had career-highs with 15 points and eight rebounds in the Wizards’ 123-107 loss to the Miami Heat on Wednesday. “I think the two years I’ve been here, I don’t think anyone plays as hard as he does,” Saunders said. “At the start of the game, John would always give us the energy, that quickness. We’re hoping O will give us some defensive energy, how hard he plays. I think tonight will very much be an energy game.” The Wizards will use their league-leading 28th different starting lineup. Former Wizard Antawn Jamison made the trip to Washington but he is out with a fracture left pinkie that has sidelined him since Feb. 27. He missed the first game at Verizon Center with left knee soreness.
