Nene is expected to return after missing the past 10 games with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. Nene has been working diligently come back for weeks and Coach Randy Wittman has said repeatedly that he “heading in that direction.”

Nene has averaged 14.8 points and 9.3 rebounds in six games with the Wizards. He will come off the bench.

The Wizards are looking to build on their win over Chicago and attempt to disrupt the playoff standings against the Milwaukee Bucks, who can clinched the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference if it wins the rest of its games.

“We’re trying to back up a good win in Chicago. That the kind of situation we’ve been playing in really for the last week and a half, trying to play spoiler,” Wittman said. “Orlando, Milwaukee, Chicago, they’re all playing for stuff, so we’re getting their best shot. We have to have that understanding, what their mindset is coming in. For us to make Chicago good, we have to make sure we have a good outing tonight.”
