The ballroom has been the setting for numerous fundraisers and elaborate parties since the two-story ballroom wing was added to the home in 1989.
The original house was built in 1977. The ballroom wing also has two powder rooms, a conference room, an exercise room, a billiards room, an office and a catering kitchen.
