The transformation of Tysons Corner continues, with new developments popping up around the Silver Line Metro stations and pedestrian pathways linking residents with restaurants, shops and green open spaces. Construction began earlier this spring on Monarch, a 20-story condominium tower in the Arbor Row community near the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the Tysons Corner Metro station being developed by Renaissance Centro.

Scheduled to be complete in late 2020, the condo at 7887 Jones Branch Dr. will have 94 residences and more than a dozen floor plans ranging from 880 to 3,400 square feet. Prices are anticipated to range from the $600,000s to more than $3 million. A model home with two bedrooms and a den has been built at Monarch’s sales center at 1650 Tysons Blvd.

The building will have two to six units per floor, which means that each residence will have floor-to-ceiling windows on two or three sides, along with a balcony or terrace. Many will have semiprivate elevator access.

Condo amenities will include a garden with a swimming pool, fire pits and outdoor TVs; a lounge with a fireplace, library, bar, business center and catering kitchen; a fitness center and the Crown, a 20th-floor club room with a catering kitchen and dining room that can be reserved for meetings or entertaining. Residents will also have access to 24-hour concierge services.

The residences will have white oak flooring and an open kitchen with quartz countertops and European appliances with concealed panels. Options include heated flooring, wine refrigerators and custom-built closets. For more information, visit MonarchTysons.com
