The NBC show, which ran from 1994 to 2004, was one of the most successful series of all time, winning four Emmy awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and 11 People’s Choice Awards. The finale on May 6, 2004, was watched by more than 52.5 million American viewers, according to news reports.

The 9,300-square-foot unit takes up the entire 40th floor of the iconic Century building — an oval-shaped structure designed by the Robert A.M. Stern firm. The unit is one of several penthouses on the upper floors. With curved walls at either end of the building, the condo has surrounding views of Beverly Hills, Bel Air and the iconic Hollywood sign on the skyline.

One end of the living room has space for a pool table. A sliding door opens to one of four terraces in the unit.

The open-plan kitchen has two wine fridges, a peninsula with seating for four and the same wood floors found throughout the house.

A home theater is decked out in plush carpeting, wall treatments and couches. The state-of-the-art home theater can be kept dark when watching movies or have natural light come in through the windows for a more versatile entertaining space.

“The Century, where it’s atop of, not only stands alone architecturally with its unique oval structure, but the level of service and amenities is also world-class,” Holcomb said.

The building amenities include private wine storage, valet parking, four acres of gardens, a full-service restaurant, a pool, gym, fitness studio and underground parking.
