The bill was adopted by the Senate on Saturday and awaits a final vote from the House. Biden has said he will sign the measure into law.
“The provisions in the bill for parents are significant,” said former taxpayer advocate Nina Olson, who is now executive director of the Center for Taxpayer Rights.
