With its office in Arlington, Accenture wanted to reflect what it was consistently hearing from 20-something workers. The result is a space with a heavy emphasis on flexibility, mobility and connectivity.
Aug. 28, 2013One of the key features of Accenture's office setup is its seating arrangement, which is known as "hoteling." This means that staffers don't have a designated work space; they simply reserve one on days when they plan to come to the office.
