It isn’t Central Park living, but it’s as close as it gets in the District. CityCenterDC, the 10-acre, $950 million downtown development built on the footprint of the city’s former convention center, is nearing completion. Its development team is in the early stages of beginning to market what are expected to be some of the most luxurious and expensive downtown condominiums.
