The euro zone’s unemployment rate for April hit a record 12.2 percent, said Eurostat, the European Union’s statistics agency. Here’s a look at some of the countries with the highest unemployment rates. According to Eurostat, 5.62 million people younger than 25 were unemployed in the European Union in April, of whom 3.62 million were in the 17-nation euro zone.
