Hulu is headed to your 3DS and Wii, thanks to a new update that Nintendo promises will hit by the end of the year. The service, which costs $7.99 per month, gives users instant access to current and back episodes of current and classic television shows on Hulu. Those interested can sign up for a one-week free trial (one month if you use a student e-mail address), though you will have to hand over your credit card information to register.

Nintendo also announced that it’s pushing out a system update at the end of November that will let 3DS users record video in 3D. Users will be able to record up to 10 minutes of video and create their own stop-motion animation videos. Nintendo is also adding four new games and applications for the 3DS through the e-Shop.
