Samsung’s Galaxy Note, a smartphone/tablet hybrid device with a 5.3-inch screen, is set to hit AT&T ’ s network Feb. 19, the carrier announced Monday.

AT&T will start taking pre-orders Feb. 5 for the mega-screened phone with a stylus, and all pre-orders filed before 3 p.m. will arrive by Feb. 17, the company said in a release. The Galaxy Note caught a lot of attention at the Consumer Electronics Show because of its large, bright screen and its stylus, making it look vaguely reminiscent of the PDA-era.

The pen, however, is supposed to make it easy to take notes, draw, edit photos and even digitize handwriting into text. And, unlike other tablets with styluses, the Note’s pen slips into the device itself, lowering the chance that you’ll find yourself without a vital accessory.

The phone will cost $299.99 with a two-year contract.
