Post reporters lead a week long journalism workshop for high school students who are interested in gaining experience in digital storytelling through researching, reporting, interviewing, writing, photography, and capturing and editing audio and video. Previous session topics have included a look at newsrooms in the multimedia age, beginner and intermediate level news writing, story development, interviewing and video editing. At the conclusion of the workshop series, students will have produced a comprehensive story package to ad to their portfolio.
Q: Who is a perfect candidate for this workshop?
A: Rising juniors and seniors, and graduating seniors with 1-3 years of journalism experience and a strong interest in photojournalism and videography.

A: A max. of 12 students will be selected for the workshop.
