Court of Federal Claims: Rejection of Oracle's JEDI bid protest

In a July 26 court filing, Court of Federal Claims Judge Eric G. Bruggink explained the reasoning behind his rejection of Oracle's most recent bid protest, which sought to undo a pending $10 billion cloud computing contract. In response the Defense Department defended its process and took a swipe at Oracle.
