2020 Massachusetts primary results
Rep. Joe Kennedy is challenging Sen. Edward J. Markey, making an argument for generational change. Kennedy’s open seat in the 4th District is the site of a free-for-all among eight Democrats, with no clear favorite. And two long-serving Democrats, Rep. Richard E. Neal in the 1st District and Rep. Stephen Lynch in the 8th District, are defending their seats against credible, liberal opponents.
