This morning, former “View” co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck starts her first day on “Fox & Friends” (Fox News Channel at 6 a.m.), joining hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade on a newly redesigned set.

Season 8 of “Rachael Ray” (WJLA at 10 a.m.) kicks off with a surprise birthday party for the chef/talk show host, and also the announcement that Bobby Flay will be a co-host throughout the season; plus, Regis Philbin will be a special recurring guest.

On “Queen Latifah” (WJLA at 4 p.m.), the singer-actress tests out the talk-show-host chair with a new show; first guests include her former “Hairspray” co-star John Travolta and, later, Willow Smith and Alicia Keys.

RETURNING SHOW: Brennan and Booth are going through some relationship problems on the ninth-season premiere of “Bones” (Fox at 8) as Brennan tries to decide whether she should end things. Meanwhile, the team investigates a murder when a State Department accountant is found dead — and because it’s “Bones,” his remains are found in an air-conditioning unit.

RETURNING SHOW: It’s a wildly varied group of celebs in the ballroom on Season 17 of “Dancing With the Stars” (ABC at 8), including reality stars (Jack Osbourne, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi), actresses (Amber Riley, Elizabeth Berkley, Leah Remini) and Bill Nye the Science Guy. Plus, Valerie Harper, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this year.

FINALE WATCH: The remaining contestants on “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC at 9) finally gear up for the big finish, completing a four-stage course in the Season 5 finale.

FINALE WATCH: The people trapped in “Under the Dome” (CBS at 10) finally learn the secrets of the mysterious dome in the first-season finale, while Big Jim and Barbie face off.

FINALE WATCH: On the first-season finale of “Siberia” (NBC at 10), the reality show contestants are reunited when another group finds the research station; later, a rescue crew may not be all that it seems.

Comedian Louis C.K., humanitarian Hugh Evans and musical guest John Legend are on “The Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35).
