RETURNING SHOW: “America’s Next Top Model” (CW at 8 p.m.) is back for another season but with a twist — this time, men are allowed to compete in the find-a-supermodel competition. In the opener, both male and female aspiring models participate in a runway-show challenge and pose in the streets of Hollywood while random people on the street vote for who looks best. Judges Tyra Banks, Kelly Cutrone and Rob Evans take the votes seriously as they add up scores to decide who to send home.
