Sunday night, new Travel Channel series “Bikinis & Boardwalks” (at 7, 7:30) looks at beach boardwalks across the country, starting with Coney Island, N.Y., and Wildwood, N.J.

“Oprah’s Lifeclass” (OWN at 9) resumes as Oprah talks with life coach Iyanla Vanzant about the epidemic of fatherless sons in America.

The first season of “Inspector Morse” prequel “Endeavour: Girl” (WETA and MPT at 9) starts as rookie Detective Constable Endeavour Morse gets a murder case that only he can solve.

We start to get some answers about Dr. Vogel on “Dexter” (Showtime at 9), while Miami Metro hunts down the serial killer nicknamed “the Brain Surgeon.”

A bride sues her former groom on “Drop Dead Diva” (Lifetime at 9), while Kim — managing partner since Parker left — brings in a new face to the firm.

Competition show “Food Court Wars” (Food Network at 10) kicks off as two teams compete to score a (rent-free) spot in a mall food court; to win, they must prove their food court concept is superior.
