Time: The Kalief Browder Story (Spike at 10) This six-part documentary series recalls the story of the Bronx teenager who spent three years at Rikers Island prison — often in solitary confinement — without ever being convicted of a crime. The case drew national attention after a 2014 New Yorker profile. Browder was 22 when he committed suicide in 2015.

Conan Without Borders: Made in Mexico (TBS at 10) After jaunts to Armenia, South Korea, Cuba and Germany, the affable late-night host turns his attention to Mexico. O’Brien employed an all-Mexican staff to help him produce the one-hour special, which will feature appearances by “Rogue One” star Diego Luna and former Mexican president Vicente Fox.
