“Judge Judy Primetime” (CBS at 8 p.m.) goes behind the scenes of the legendary TV series to reveal Judge Judy Sheindlin’s past and break down her transition from New York family court judge to television star.

“Coming Back With Wes Moore” (MPT and WETA at 8) looks at how war fundamentally changes people. Special attention is given to the difficulty of readjusting to one’s old life after time abroad.

The two remaining “American Idol” (Fox at 8) contestants perform for the title in the first part of the show’s two-part finale.

FINALE WATCH: “The Voice” (NBC at 8 and 9) airs a one-hour refresher before its live two-hour finale. The show will have performances from Coldplay, OneRepublic, Tim McGraw and Ed Sheeran, along with the announcement of this season’s winner.

FINALE WATCH: Just like “The Voice,” “Dancing With the Stars” (ABC at 8 and 9) will have a one-hour roundup of this season’s best moments before crowning the winner in a live, two-hour finale. Amber Riley, Christina Perri, Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX, Cody Simpson and Ariana Grande are all scheduled to perform.

SERIES PREMIERE: What may be the cruelest reality show of all time, “I Wanna Marry ‘Harry’ ” (Fox at 9), premieres with a gaggle of ladies vying for the love of a man whom they believe to be Prince Harry — but he isn’t. Their “prince” is just a run-of-the-mill, look-alike bachelor with a British accent.

In a harrowing hour of television, the film “Escape From a Nazi Death Camp” (MPT at 9) tells the story of four survivors who escaped the Sobibor extermination camp in German-occupied Poland during World War II.

Country music comes together for “ACM Presents: An All-Star Salute to the Troops” (CBS at 9), a concert to honor service members with Merle Haggard, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum and more scheduled to perform.

The “United States of Secrets” installment of “Frontline” (MPT and WETA at 10) continues with a look into the role Silicon Valley plays in the debate over privacy and government surveillance.

Actors Charlize Theron and Josh Hartnett come to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” (NBC at 11:35), with music from the Roots.

“Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35) brings on child scientists, along with comedian Sarah Silverman and a musical performance from We Are Scientists.

Daredevil and prankster Johnny Knoxville is on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (ABC at 11:35), with animal trainer Dave Salmoni and musical guest Timeflies.
