FINALE WATCH: “The Odd Couple” (CBS at 9 and 9:30) ends its second season with two episodes. In the first, Oscar and Felix launch a heated campaign for president of their building’s tenants association, but Oscar may not be prepared for everything the job entails. In the season finale, Oscar’s foray into online dating lands him on a blind date with Felix’s ex-wife.
