TV highlights: ‘Last Comic Standing’ crowns a new champion

“INXS: Never Tear Us Apart” (Showtime at 8 p.m.) tells the story of how six suburban boys from Australia went from the Sydney pub rock scene in the early 1980s to the pinnacle of the music industry, and how it all came crumbling down because of one tragedy. In its U.S. television debut, the biopic drama’s two parts air back-to-back on the network.

The ten remaining Paladins use their physical stamina, intelligence and resourcefulness to save the queen on “The Quest” (ABC at 8).

“How Chaplin Became the Tramp” (TCM at 8) looks into Charlie Chaplin’s rise from a child on the streets in an underprivileged London neighborhood to one of the most recognizable and esteemed actors in Hollywood.

FINALE WATCH: Finalists Nikki Carr, Rod Man and Lachlan Patterson vie for the title of “Last Comic Standing” (NBC at 9) champion on the two-hour finale. Plus, judges Roseanne Barr, Russell Peters and Keenen Ivory Wayans perform.

FINALE WATCH: “Gang Related” (Fox at 9) wraps up its first season with Daniel using his wedding to broker a deal between Javier and Lavar.

America’s turn to the psychedelic is chronicled on the last installment of “The Sixties” (CNN at 9), with remarks from Grace Slick, Tom Wolfe, Tom Hanks and others about how the beatniks, hippies and Andy Warhol’s motley crew became countercultural touchstones that still resonate today.

The designers revamp vintage men’s suits to create looks for the modern woman on “Project Runway” (Lifetime at 9).

RETURNING SHOW: “Braxton Family Values” (WE tv at 9) starts Season 4 with Toni’s opening night on Broadway and Tamar’s 37th birthday.

Nessa’s security adviser follows a lead and Ephra makes a discovery that could dissolve all the work his family has done so far on “The Honorable Woman” (Sundance at 10).

Actors Sylvester Stallone and Eve Hewson come to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” (NBC at 11:35), along with the winner of “Last Comic Standing.”

Equally lovable actors Chris Pratt and Judy Greer are on the “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35), with music from Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Actors Daniel Radcliffe and Abigail Spencer stop by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (ABC at 11:35), with a musical performance from Kiesza.
