RETURNING SHOW: “Teen Mom 2” (MTV at 10) opens its fifth season with Jenelle finding out she’s pregnant with her second child and further medical problems for Leah’s baby, Ali.

SERIES PREMIERE: Like a scientifically calculated “Singled Out,” “Are You the One?” (MTV at 11) selects 10 women and, with the help of an extensive matchmaking process, 10 men will be found and perfectly matched for them. The catch: The real matches aren’t revealed, but it’s up to the contestants, through a series of challenges, to decide who their perfect match in the group could be. If all 20 people find their perfect match within the first 10 tries, they’ll all split $1 million.
