“Brazil Gone Wild” (Discovery at 7 p.m.) gives viewers an in-depth look at the Brazilian wilderness and three species in particular: capuchin monkey, giant otter and coati.

SERIES PREMIERE: The 50- Cent-produced crime drama, “Power,” (Starz at 9) centers on a drug kingpin (Omari Hardwick) in New York’s elite nightclubs and the gritty underworld of the drug trade.

Felix gets an unexpected visitor, and Cosima’s illness becomes more apparent on “Orphan Black” (BBC America at 9).

“Government Matters” (WJLA at 9:30) hosts National Geospatial Intelligence Agency’s Letitia Long; “This Week” (ABC at 10) features author and former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton; “Newsmakers” (C-SPAN at 10) talks to Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.); “Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo” (Fox News Channel at 10) hosts Rep. J. Randy Forbes (R-Va.); “This Is America & the World” (WETA at 10 and WHUT at 6 p.m.) talks to author Lawrence Wright; “Face the Nation” (CBS at 10:30) talks to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).

Sunday night, the “68th Annual Tony Awards” (CBS at 8) rewards the best on stage with performances by Alan Cumming, Neil Patrick Harris, Patti LaBelle, Idina Menzel and many more. Hugh Jackman hosts.

Broadcast live from Baton Rouge, contestants from all 50 states and the District compete for the “2014 Miss USA” (NBC at 8) crown. Giuliana Rancic and Thomas Roberts host, with Florida Georgia Line scheduled to perform.

RETURNING SHOW: “Sister Wives” (TLC at 9) returns for Season 5 and Meri has a big announcement that could affect her relationship with the other wives.

In its penultimate episode of Season 4, “Game of Thrones” (HBO at 9) deals Jon Snow and the Night’s Watch a big challenge.

SERIES PREMIERE: Metallica’s James Hetfield narrates the History Channel’s latest docu-series, “The Hunt” (10), which follows a select group of hunters who are left to their own devices in the Alaskan wilderness to track down the Kodiak brown bear.
