It’s possible the tormentor “A” just goes down a list on “Pretty Little Liars” (ABC Family at 8) and thinks, “Hmm...who haven’t I tortured this week?” Anyway, this time, Emily’s mom is the target.

RETURNING SHOW: Boston crime-fighting duo Det. Jane Rizzoli and medical examiner Maura Isles are back for Season 4 on “Rizzoli & Isles” (TNT at 9). In the opener, a nice community parade turns into a deadly event, and family tensions and politics collide. Meanwhile, Maura has trouble as she deals with her own family issues, and Lt. Col. Casey Jones makes a surprise visit with some big news.

SERIES PREMIERE: Car expert Dale Walksler tours the country looking for vintage motorcycles in random areas on “What’s in the Barn?” (Velocity at 10), and in the first episode, he gets a tip from someone who claims to have seen a rare motorcycle at an army surplus warehouse.

RETURNING SHOW: Eric McCormack is back as Daniel Pierce, the eccentric neuroscience professor recruited by the FBI to crack cases on "Perception” (TNT at 10). Meanwhile, he teams up with FBI agent Kate — his former student who recruited him — investigate the mental competency of a man being retried for murder. Later, Kate gets a fun surprise when the attorney prosecuting the case is her ex-husband.

FINALE WATCH: Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak wraps up the second season of her spin-off “Don’t Be Tardy...” (Bravo at 10) as the whole group heads to Turks and Caicos to relax after a few strenuous months of being filmed for a reality show.

Actor Channing Tatum is on “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35), along with climate activist Tim DeChristopher and a performance by Fitz and the Tantrums.
