And we didn’t even to wait until the Year 3000!
@shutupmaeve, joking about the news that the iconic band of brothers is reuniting. Rumors of a reunion were first reported Feb. 18. On Thursday, the band blacked out its Instagram and Twitter accounts, intensifying fan speculation about a reunion. The band released a new single called “Sucker” at midnight Thursday.

@lukezim, commenting on the news that the eccentric chef is expanding his Orlando, Fla.-based restaurant Chicken Guy! into a chain. Chicken Guy!, which boasts 22 sauces, announced a new location in Miami, with a promise of more to come around the U.S.
You didn’t want to be used for self-promotion. That’s understandable. What isn’t is your horribly nasty tone with a fan.
@walpstar, criticizing makeup artist Jeffree Star for his overly harsh response to a tweet. After Star congratulated a fan for getting a job at Ulta, another fan, @keanubalani, replied with a photo of his own makeup work. In a now-deleted tweet, Star lashed out at him, saying @keanubalani didn’t need to “whore [himself] out” and had hijacked someone else’s accomplishment. Though many understood Star’s distaste for the self-promotion, they took issue with his disproportionately nasty tone.

Users were unable to place their orders and pick them up at a nearby location. Instead, as @StephAlondra tweeted, they had to “stand in line like a peasant” and place their orders in person.

@senjatanuklir, comparing Twitter user @Xiushook’s grandmother to the “Frozen” character who controls ice and snow, after the former was briefly whisked away on an iceberg in Iceland. @Xiushook shared that while her grandma was posing on a throne-shaped block of ice, a wave dislodged the ice from the shore of Jokulsarlon Lagoon. Luckily, a bystander happened to be a boat captain trained in water rescue, and he brought her safely back to shore.
