While reciting the history of the American Revolutionary War, Trump claimed the Continental Army “took over the airports” from the British. However, the war lasted from 1775-1783 and the first plane took flight in 1903. Trump blamed his rain-drenched teleprompter.

@jillboard, tweeting about the first trailer for Disney’s live-action remake of “Mulan,” which dropped during the Women’s World Cup final Sunday, in which the U.S. defeated the Netherlands 2-0. Reactions to the trailer were mixed. While some were disappointed dragon Mushu, male love-interest Li Shang and musical hits from the original cartoon were absent, others were encouraged by the cinematography and action-packed scenes featuring actress Liu Yifei. “Mulan” is expected to be released in spring 2020.

The wooden statue, which features Trump in the pale blue dress she wore for her husband’s inauguration in 2017, has drawn mixed reviews. American artist Brad Downey, who commissioned Zupevc to carve the piece, called it “beautiful.” But according to the BBC, locals have branded it a “disgrace.”
