Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken’s pastries represent “Obama Then” (pre-White House) and “Obama Now.”

Besides the president himself, who’s to say what Barack Obama’s favorite foods and drinks are? Well, plenty of eateries, actually, including these three, which have added special items as tributes to POTUS on the eve of his second inauguration. Obama might indeed be tempted (but we’re not so sure Michelle would approve).

Hole Foods Market
Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken — which pops up at Chinatown Coffee (475 H St. NW, 202-559-7656) at 8:30 a.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday — is selling two special pastries. There’s “Obama Then,” a chocolate-and-caramel-glazed doughnut inspired by the president’s pre-White House diet, and “Obama Now,” an oatmeal raisin doughnut with honey glaze and granola crumble.

Moment of Honest Tea

Omega-Threes, Please
As part of a $45 inauguration-inspired tasting menu available Friday through Monday, Lincoln (1110 Vermont Ave. NW; 202-386-9200) serves six courses highlighting six presidents’ favorites. For Obama (who dined at Lincoln over the summer), there’s olive oil-poached salmon with broccoli.
