CityCenter DC, the massive mixed-use development that’s already changing the look of downtown D.C., announced this summer that Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House has signed a lease in the complex. Now Washington-area renters can sign leases there, too.
Leasing for The Apartments at CityCenter (825 and 875 10th St. NW; 202-888-2380) is underway, and management company Bozzuto hopes the first tenants will be able to move in this December.
The 458 airy apartments, with such finishing touches as bamboo flooring and LED lights, run from studios, which start at $2,130 a month, up to three bedrooms, which start at $7,590. On-site parking is available for $225 a month.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, a dog park and bocce court on the rooftop, and a two-story gym with a yoga studio. Other major perks are the accessibility to downtown and being at the heart of what’s shaping up to be a vibrant CityCenter community. The 10-acre CityCenter development will include apartments, condos, office space, ground-floor restaurants and retail — only Del Frisco’s so far — and a 1.5 acre park.
