Flowers wilt. Chocolates melt. But muscles only get bigger — when you show them some love with these Valentine’s fitness events.

Sexual Wheeling | Valentine’s Day comes early this year for cyclists taking part in February’s edition of the D.C. Bike Party. Wednesday night’s free 7-mile ride departs from Dupont Circle at 8 p.m. (Scope out the route on the website.) The dress code calls for lingerie or something red along with your bike helmet. Participants will end the night at Patty Boom Boom (1359 U St. NW).

Cupid’s Class | Maybe you met at a bar. But it’d be better for you to rendezvous at a barre. Georgetown’s Barre3 (1000 Wisconsin Ave. NW) hosts couples classes on Thursday at 6:30 and 7:45 p.m. Don’t worry about scheduling a baby sitter — the $25 per person cost includes child care during class. After you exhaust your muscles and work up a healthy glow, enjoy adult beverages and snacks.

Acro Sutra | Bored with spooning? You’ll learn some other, more interesting positions at this partner-balancing workshop that ends with appetizers and dessert. It’ll be held at Urban Evolution’s Baltimore location (6801 Eastern Ave.) on Friday at 7 p.m., at the Alexandria one (5402 Eisenhower Ave.) on Saturday at 7 p.m., and at Manassas (8442 Kao Circle) on Saturday at 6 p.m. The cost is $30 for one ticket, $50 for two (members get $10 off).

Single & Fabulous | Celebrate your single status by taking one of two special Valentine’s Day classes at 6 p.m. at Vida Fitness City Vista (445 K St. NW). Whether you choose to power through cycling or aerobics, you’ll enjoy a playlist of empowering hits, including “Single Ladies” and “Since U Been Gone.” Follow it up with wraps, popcorn, bubbly and a screening of “Kill Bill Vol. 1.” It’s free for members, and $25 for nonmembers. Participants can reserve a space by calling 202-289-8432 an hour before class begins.

Valentine’s Day Zumba Hip-Hop Party | Everyone is your date at this sweatfest that starts at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Jordin’s Paradise Dance & Fitness (1215 Connecticut Ave. NW). After class, enjoy strawberries, champagne and more dancing. It’s $15 for a solo ticket, or $20 for a duo.

Couples Yoga/Massage Workshop | There’s the rub! That’s what you’ll be saying after instructor Sara VanderGoot finishes teaching your partner the basics of Thai yoga massage and Swedish massage techniques. The Saturday night fun starts at 7 p.m. at Mind The Mat in Alexandria. (2214 Mount Vernon Ave.) with yoga poses meant for two. It’s $40 per couple.
