Pulpo Gallego Available at Barcelona Wine Bar and Restaurant
Some form of this Spanish classic has been on Barcelona’s tapas menu since the restaurant opened last year. The current iteration ($9.50) includes green garlic, boiled fingerling potatoes, squishy (in a good way) octopus and the ripest English peas. It’s all dusted with pimenton, a Spanish paprika.
