Mood music. Candlelight. Avocado. These are things Sarah Massey believes make for a sensual evening. The home chef is the brains behind Yes Please More Please, a new supper club that features aphrodisiac-rich meals ($40, yespleasemoreplease.com).

“The aim is for people to open up and have a fun, sexy, flirty time,” Massey says. The next BYOB meal, set for March 7 in an Adams Morgan office building, will include three courses laced with chocolate, chili peppers and other foods known to increase your circulation.

Guests are encouraged to talk about how the food affects their senses and to feed one another. Bring a date — or don’t. “Everyone is welcome, and hopefully people meet,” Massey says.
