@speechboy71, tweeting after Vice President Mike Pence left the Colts-49ers NFL game Sunday in Indianapolis after the national anthem. Pence tweeted that he left because a number of 49ers players kneeled during the anthem. Pence’s statement sparked a lot of discussion on social media. “Mike Pence not offended by Nazis and white supremacists with torches. Just black athletes in peaceful protest taking a knee,” @brazenpolitics tweeted.

McDonald’s one-day rollout of Szechuan sauce did not go well.

@BradleyWBrower, one of many people angry at McDonald’s because they didn’t get to try Szechuan sauce Saturday. McDonald’s brought back the 1998 sauce in very limited quantities in select locations, and people tweeted accounts of waiting in long lines when only 20 packets of sauce were available. Others asked for the sauce and got blank stares. McDonald’s apologized for not meeting demand.

Bella Hadid got roasted on Twitter for sneaker video.

@cliffsdead, tweeting about the Complex magazine video last week of supermodel Bella Hadid going sneaker shopping. In the video, Hadid said that a “homeboy” wearing Air Maxes “is gonna like … get it,” and people roasted her on Twitter for it. “Bella Hadid said ‘dope’ ‘fresh’ and ‘homeboy’ within a 5 second span there has to be a law against that,” @elchapocruzman tweeted.

People shared their fond memories of AIM’s heyday. “Just because I haven’t used AIM in years doesn’t mean I’m not sad.
