It’s been two years of pandemic cooking and we’ve learned a whole lot. We’ve leaned into sourdough (pictured), we learned the proper way to harvest cicadas, tried viral TikTok recipes and tackled big cooking projects. We’ve made big-batch recipes you can use for a bunch of different meals throughout the week, and we’ve thought up ways to make it easier to cook for the tiniest crowd of all — just one.
