Last chance to vote in wrapping contest

Kids submitted more than 370 entries in our annual holiday wrapping paper contest, and 12 have been chosen as finalists. Readers can vote for their favorites until December 8. (THE WASHINGTON POST)

Will it be the aliens and astronauts? How about a scene with Santa on a tugboat? Or maybe some funky snowmen?

It is up to you, readers, to vote for the winner of this year’s Weekend/Going Out Guide holiday wrapping paper contest.

Judges huddled in a small meeting room to select 12 finalists (shown below) from more than 370 entries. There are three from each age group: 6 and younger, 7-to-8-year-olds, 9-to-10-year-olds and 11-to-12-year-olds.

Now we need you to view the finalists and cast your vote. Just go to with your parents (who need to supply an e-mail address).

The winner will appear on the December 21 cover of the Weekend section, and the winning entry will be printed as sheet of wrapping paper within that issue. Don’t wait: Voting ends December 8.
