What: Tours of the Josiah Henson Special Park, 11420 Old Georgetown Road, North Bethesda. Your parents can park about two blocks away at the Montgomery Aquatics Center, 5900 Executive Boulevard, North Bethesda.

When: Saturday and February 25 at noon, 1, 2 and 3 p.m.

Other activities: If it’s a nice day, archaeologists, who study former communities, will be on-site, digging in the yard behind the house for artifacts or things that people on the Riley plantation might have used.

Cost: Free, no registration is necessary.
