Squirrel Week comes to KidsPost

We had our doubts when Metro columnist and Squirrel Week creator John Kelly suggested that KidsPost run an art contest devoted to the furry creatures. What if you didn’t like squirrels or were too busy during spring break?

Now we know that you do like squirrels. We received more than 100 squirrel drawings and paintings. There were flying squirrels, nut-hoarding squirrels and costumed squirrels scurrying around a marketplace. We had room to publish only a few, but we have squirreled away more drawings on Enjoy!
