If you’re going to wear a spectacular topper this spring, one ingredient is a must: “hat-titude.” At the hat shop Tops of Old Town in Alexandria, Sheila Mitchell and her mother, Willie Mae Mitchell, have been busy helping customers find hats for Easter, the Kentucky Derby and the Virginia Gold Cup Race. Here, a few that stand out.
