Gilt City DC , the latest entrant in the online deal scene, offers discounts at high-end restaurants and spas. The site, which began Aug. 1, is affiliated with the Gilt Groupe, a designer clothing and home furnishings e-tailer. At Hela Spa in Georgetown, the featured spa for Aug. 8, a 50-minute deep-cleansing facial will be $70, originally $120.
