Local rappers Pacman, 19, and Peso, 20, have raised $6,000 to make a music video. They plan to film it on a karaoke party bus in Pyongyang, North Korea.

Peso, who grew up in Landover, and his music partner, Pacman, who grew up in the Congress Heights neighborhood in Southeast Washington, plan to make a music video in North Korea. They're working with a local music producer and raising the money they need for their project on Kickstarter.
