FINALE WATCH: “The Biggest Loser” (NBC at 8) Status: Renewed for Season 12. Who has lost the most weight since the beginning of the season? It’s a crucial question as Season 11 comes to a close, and one person is awarded the $250,000 prize. But before that can happen, all the eliminated players return for a live reunion and the chance to also win some big money.

Someone’s going home with the hideous — er, coveted — mirror ball trophy on Tuesday, as the show wraps up with a two-hour results night. With the final results show Wednesday, “American Idol” (Fox at 8) gets things started a day early, as Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina battle it out for the Season 10 crown and try to impress Steven Tyler, J-Lo and Randy Jackson.

A year after Bradley Manning was arrested for allegedly giving classified documents to WikiLeaks, “Frontline” (MPT at 9, WETA at 10) features “WikiSecrets,” which looks at Manning, along with how the WikiLeaks controversy happened, and has comments from founder Julian Assange.
In a twist, Rosie helps a dad-to-be get ready for fatherhood on the first season finale of “Pregnant in Heels” (Bravo at 10), and she helps a mom with the nanny search.
“The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” (NBC at 11:35) has “Today” host Meredith Vieira, comedian Demetri Martin and musical guest Ben Harper.
