On Sunday night, “Call the Midwife” (WETA and MPT at 8) returns for Season 2, as Jenny Lee celebrates her birthday.

Miniseries “The Bible” (at 8) concludes its record-breaking run on the History channel.

Jeremy Piven takes a turn on “Masterpiece Classic: Mr. Selfridge” (WETA and MPT at 9), playing Harry Gordon Selfridge, and tells the story of the American founder of the famous London department store.

It’s “Game of Thrones” (HBO) time — the third season kicks off at 9 p.m.
