Apparently not, as several couples let the cameras in their homes in new docu-series “Newlyweds: The First Year” (Bravo at 10). Couples included: Kathryn, who leaves the single life in New York City to move to the suburbs with new husband John; and Blair and Jeff, from families of divorce and neglect, who sign domestic partnership papers.
Documentary “Dear Mom, Love Cher” (Lifetime at 10) profiles Cher’s mother, Georgia Holt, and goes back to her early life in Arkansas, all the way through her career as an actress-singer in Hollywood. The film also has interviews with her daughters, Cher and Georganne LaPiere Bartylak, along with grandchildren Chaz Bono and Elijah Blue Allman.
Rachel and Aaron are captured on “Revolution” (NBC at 10), while Charlie joins Jason and Nora to stop Monroe from finding Anthrax.
SERIES PREMIERE: Things get weird on new show “Felt” (Logo at 12:30), which uses real-life recorded couples counseling and sex therapy sessions and puts the voices in the mouths of puppets.
