TV Highlights: ‘The Good Wife,’ ‘Fabulous Beekman Boys,’ ‘Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen’


On “NCIS” (CBS at 8), the team gets a tough case when they have to deal with a teenager accused of killing his father, who was a retired Marine.

The contestants on “The Biggest Loser” (NBC at 8) splits into four teams as each trainer gets a group. Bob takes them to a spin class, Brett leads everyone on a hike, Cara gathers everyone in a boxing ring, and Jillian’s lucky team heads for a beach workout.

Tom Bergeron and Cynthia McFadden host the two-hour special “Best in Film: The Greatest Movies of Our Time” (ABC at 9), which looks at categories ranging from Best Film and Best Musical to Greatest Line and Most Romantic Screen Couple. The show includes interviews with Harrison Ford and Sir Anthony Hopkins, along with Olivia Newton-John, who happened to make the list with “Grease.”

A Venezuelan politican may be in danger on “NCIS: Los Angeles” (CBS at 9), and the team is especially worried when they can’t find a commander whose job was to track the politician’s every move.

Polarizing “Top Chef” contestant Marcel Vigneron is back on TV with his own reality show, “Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen” (Syfy at 10), which follows the chef as he opens a new catering business and works for outrageously rich clients in California. First up: He must cook for a safari-themed charity fundraiser.

Kalinda’s had a rough season on “The Good Wife” (CBS at 10), but looks like things are about to get even crazier when she receives a subpoena for a grand jury investigation; meanwhile, the firm represents a drug kingpin in his divorce.

Brent and Josh are back for a second season of “The Fabulous Beekman Boys” (Planet Green at 10) , as they continue building a business on a farm in Sharon Springs, N.Y., and try to generate enough money so Josh can leave his job in Manhattan and enjoy country living full time.

Josh Flagg starts having second thoughts about how much personal information to put in his book on “Million Dollar Listing” (Bravo at 10), and while he’s worrying, Josh Altman feuds with Madison over Josh’s relationship with Madison’s assistant, Heather.

CBS News anchor Katie Couric visits “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35), along with musical guests The Pains of Being Pure at Heart.

Musical guest Duran Duran is featured on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” (NBC at 11:35).
