Wagtime, a boarding, day care and grooming center for dogs in Northwest Washington, hosts more than 150 dogs every day and fostered about 500 dogs for adoption in 2011. The “pet spa” owners, Lisa Schreiber and Ofer Khal, partner with local rescue agencies and shelters to foster dogs for adoption. The business is set to expand to soon.
