Baltimore is offering a slew of discounts on dining, lodging and attractions with its Absolutely Febulous promotion, held Feb. 14-23. For example, during Restaurant Week (Feb. 16-23), nearly 100 restaurants have prepared $20 or $30 three-course menus or $15 two-course brunch or lunch options. For accommodations, book a hotel through Visit Baltimore and receive a buy-one-get-one-free Harbor Pass (value: $50) or a Legends and Legacies Heritage Pass ($20), plus a $25 Visa gift card for a one-night stay or a $50 gift card for two or more nights.
