Six Bermuda hotels are offering half off their room rates with a minimum four-night stay. With the 50 percent off Bermuda Pink Sale, discounted rates vary by property but range from $98 to $234 per night double, plus fees and taxes. Sample deal: At the Fairmont Hamilton Princess, pay $129 per night instead of the usual $258. With fees and taxes, a four-night stay for two people comes to $822. To celebrate the recent snowfall on the West Coast, Visit California, the tourism office, is promoting a slew of deals at ski resorts in such powdery destinations as Lake Tahoe, Mammoth Mountain and Big Bear Lake. Specials include free lift tickets and accommodations. For example, with the Slopeside Lift and Lodging Package at Mammoth Mountain, stay at least two nights and receive a free lift ticket for each guest per day. Choose from the Mammoth Mountain Inn, Tamarack Lodge and Resort, Village Lodge or Juniper Springs. For a one-bedroom condo at Juniper Springs, pay $828, including taxes and four lift tickets, for two weekday nights in early February. The Sanderling Resort and Spa, on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, tips its hat to leap years and the lucky number 29 with its Leap to the Beach deal. Book one night in a North Inn room for $250 and pay $29 for the second night, plus about 12 percent tax. Total for two nights: about $312. Also receive $29 off all spa treatments. Variety Cruises, a small-ship line, is offering discounts on its 2012 sailings, plus free pre- and post-cruise hotel stays. For example, the week-long Turquoise Coast & Islands of the Eastern Aegean trip, normally from $1,990, drops to $1,522 per person double. Passengers also receive two free nights at a four-star hotel in Istanbul. The ship leaves Marmaris, Turkey, on April 27. Add $190 per person in port charges. Book by Feb. 29 using code VC1-2012. Air France has a sale on nonstop flights from Washington Dulles to Paris or Amsterdam. Round-trip fares, including taxes, are $740 to Paris’s Charles de Gaulle and $732 to Amsterdam. Pleasant Holidays has an Oahu deal with savings of more than $250 per person on club-level accommodations at the Sheraton Waikiki. The vacation costs $1,289 per person double for a mountain-view club room and $1,407 for an oceanfront, with taxes. Package includes round-trip air from BWI Marshall, three nights’ stay and a variety of hotel perks, such as daily breakfast, drinks, appetizers and snacks; self-parking; up to 60 minutes of local and international calls; and a daily bottle of water.
