Deadly trap for deer: North Jefferson St., 3600 block, Oct. 29. An animal control found a deer stuck on an iron fence. The deer had a severely broken leg. The animal was euthanized.

Accessory neither licensed nor vaccinated: N. Cleveland St., 700 block, Oct. 27. Responding to a report of a bat inside a home, an animal control officer found that the animal was actually a sweatband.
