Animal Watch: Shih Tzu is not up to restaurant dress code at Ballston mall

ARLINGTON, North Wilson Boulevard, 3200 block, Nov. 10. Animal-control officers picked up a stray dog that security workers had found in a noodle restaurant at Ballston Common Mall. The female Shih Tzu, which badly needed grooming, was impounded, then eventually adopted.

Among cases handled by the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.
