Home Water Way, 6500 block, 9:30 p.m. Feb. 15. A woman walking her dog reported a man pointing a handgun at her pet. A Hanover man, 46, was charged with two counts of first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and several handgun violations.
Teague Rd., 7500 block, 7:50 a.m. Feb. 18. Items were stolen from several vehicles in a parking lot. A man, 18, was charged with attempted theft, three rogue and vagabond counts, and possession of a controlled substance.
Flanders Lane, 1500 block, 3:06 p.m. Feb. 17. During an altercation at a mobile home park, a man struck another man in the arm with a baseball bat and also hit another man. The man also broke a vehicle window. The two men and a woman attempted to flee in a vehicle but hit two other vehicles, one of which was occupied by a female who received minor injuries. The fleeing vehicle also struck the man who had been armed with a bat. A Hughesville man, 32, was charged with first- and second-degree assault and traffic charges. A 25-year-old Harwood man was charged with second-degree domestic assault. A 22-year-old Harwood man was charged with first- and second-degree assault. Domestic charges were pending on a Hughesville woman, 22.
Allen Dr., 2000 block, 10:20 p.m. Feb. 17. Two males wearing masks stole a wallet from a man as he walked to his apartment from his vehicle.
Compromise St., 100 block, 11:30 p.m. Feb. 14 to 1:45 a.m. Feb. 15. Sunglasses and a phone charger were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Old Solomons Island Rd., 100 block, 5 a.m. Jan. 30. Cash and prescription medication were stolen from an unlocked home.
Shaw St., 7 p.m. Feb. 11 to 10 a.m. Feb. 12. Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Tuckahoe Creek Ct., 600 block, 11:30 a.m.-10:20 p.m. Feb. 13. Items including a cellphone, computer and handbags were stolen from a home. A sliding-glass door was broken to gain entry. The home had been burglarized Feb. 11, and watches and seven bottles of wine were reported missing. That incident had not been reported.
West St., 1400 block, 3 p.m. Feb. 12. A woman attempted to steal more than $900 worth of audio books from a library.
Windwhisper Lane, Feb. 18. A person fired a bullet into the back wall of a home.
Farewell Rd., 9500 block, 5:57 p.m. Feb. 12. Three males assaulted another male and stole his wallet, phone and keys. A vehicle belonging to the man was gone when he returned to the scene of the robbery.
Little Patuxent Pkwy., 10300 block, 2:09 p.m. Feb. 14. A man and three male youths stole video games from two people. A Columbia man, 20, and two 17-year-olds were charged with robbery. The man was additionally charged with second-degree assault, theft, malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct.
